Sophia S Mustafa is a counsel at Trilegal and part of the corporate practice group, specialising in asset management and funds. She has advised leading offshore and onshore GPs on fund structuring and formation, platform deals and captive investment platforms. She has also represented institutional LPs and other investors with respect to their commitments in investment funds in India. In addition, she has worked with several domestic and international venture capitalists and private equity funds on their inbound and outbound equity investment transactions.
