Łukasz Burakowski is a Polish-qualified lawyer and managing associate in Linklaters’ Warsaw employment practice. His experience includes advising on a number of standalone labour law matters as well as on all labour issues within the framework of M&A transactions. His expertise includes, among other things, employee transfers, collective redundancies, key management agreements, termination of employment agreements with key employees, non-compete agreements and establishment of Employee Pension Schemes and Employee Capital Plans. Łukasz also provides day-to-day employment advice to companies in various sectors.
