About Katarzyna Wieczorek

Katarzyna Wieczorek is an associate in Linklaters’ Warsaw employment practice and a PhD candidate at the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Law and Administration. Her main field of expertise is employment law and European law. She has participated in legal due diligence projects in the field of employment and has been involved in many projects concerning individual labour law issues such as employee termination, mobbing cases, drafting employment contracts, remuneration and bonus regulations, and determination of the existence of the employment relationship. Katarzyna has experience in supporting a global mobility team covering work and residence permits for employees from outside the EU.
