About Fabio Liguori

Fabio Liguori is of counsel at NUNZIANTE MAGRONE. He specialises in M&A, cross-border transactions, private equity, banking and finance as well as advising clients on international commercial law and arbitration issues. He graduated from the Law School of the University of Rome I “La Sapienza”, studied at the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies of the University of London and obtained a PhD in Comparative and EU Law from the University of Macerata. He is a frequent speaker at conferences in Italy and abroad, and the author of numerous articles on comparative law and international trade law. He is a member of the International Bar Association.
