About Andrea Alberto Belloli

Andrea Alberto Belloli is an associate at NUNZIANTE MAGRONE. He assists clients in drawing up commercial agreements, such as business agreements, M&A agreements and power purchase agreements; and examining and resolving complex civil and commercial legal issues, particularly in cross-border matters. He is also experienced in civil and commercial law litigation, both before the court and out of court. Following the completion of his degree in Law (JD cum laude) and enrolling at the Milan Bar, he is now studying for a PhD in private law. Andrea speaks English and French.
