About Szymon Murek

Szymon Murek is an associate at Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak who advises on Polish and EU competition law in matters related to merger control, abuses of dominant positions, and assessing horizontal and vertical agreements, as well as cases involving unfair exploitation of a contractual advantage in the trade of agricultural and food products. He has practical experience of assisting during dawn raids and providing training sessions. Szymon represents clients before the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection, including some who are active in multiple fields, such as fast-moving consumer goods, the automotive industry and e-commerce. He is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association and the Competition Law Association.
