About Damian Kopera

Damian Kopera is a senior associate at Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak, with extensive experience in advising Polish and international clients on competition and consumer law. He represents clients in proceedings before the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection (OCCP) and before common courts in cases concerning merger control, agreements restricting competition, abuses of dominant positions, practices violating collective consumer interests, and unfair exploitation of a contractual advantage in the trade of agricultural and food products. Damian also has experience of assessing horizontal and vertical agreements, conducting competition law compliance audits and trainings, and advising during OCCP dawn raids. He is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association and Competition Law Association.
