About Sadia Farooq

Sadia Farooq is a graduate of the Kinnaird College for Women and holds a Bachelors of Laws. Her uses her diverse expertise to advise Ali Khan Law Associates' clients – who range from private limited to public limited companies operating in a variety of sectors, including venture capital funds, property and real estate, foreign investment, renewable energy, e-commerce and IT – on matters such as labour disputes, IP laws, corporate compliance mechanisms and foreign investment in Pakistan. Sadia has a strong grasp of procedures, rules and laws regarding the power sector and structuring PPP projects, which allows her to effectively execute project deals with private party clients and government agencies.
