About Joanna Wajdzik

Joanna Wajdzik is a member of the corporate and M&A team at Wolf Theiss in Poland. Her practice encompasses a broad spectrum of corporate work, including M&A, joint ventures and corporate restructurings, as well as general commercial and corporate governance issues. Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, she worked for an international UK-based law firm and completed a secondment at a Shanghai-based law firm. Joanna is a graduate of the law faculties of the University of Wroclaw and the University of South Wales, and also completed American law school studies in co-operation with the Chicago-Kent College of Law. She is admitted to the Polish Bar of Legal Advisers.
