About Michael Boutros

Michael Boutros is a partner in Shahid Law Firm leading the corporate practice group. He has 14 years of experience in general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, employment and liquidations. He concentrates on general corporate, M&A, capital markets, antitrust, intellectual property, commercial and tax matters. His transactional work focuses on initial public offerings, private placements and major projects, and he has experience advising leading multinational companies in the execution of large cross-border transactions. Michael has taught corporate law at the French University in Egypt, and is a frequent guest trainer at the Egyptian Private Equity Association (EPEA) on the legal aspects of M&A and corporate restructuring.
