About Dr Michael Boutros 

Dr Michael Boutros  is a partner at Shahid Law Firm, leading the capital markets and M&A practice group. He possesses 15 years of experience in capital market, private placement, general corporate matters, M&A, employment and liquidations. Michael holds a PhD from Savoie University in E-commerce and consumer protection granted by the Grenoble Ecole Doctoral (France), a Master of International and European Business Law Degrees (LLM) from the University of Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne, a Masters in Business Law from the University of Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne and the Cairo University, and an LLB from Cairo University. Michael was admitted in the Egyptian Bar in 2006.
