About Maciej Żelewski

Maciej Żelewski is a senior associate at Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak, where he advises on matters of competition law, pharmaceutical law, and compliance projects in various sectors, including pharmaceuticals, fast-moving consumer goods, infrastructure and technology. He represents clients in merger and anti-monopoly proceedings in front of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection. Maciej has acted as a non-governmental adviser to the EC’s Directorate-General for Competition at the International Competition Network. He is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association and Competition Law Association.
