About Lorena Pretti Serraglio

Lorena Pretti Serraglio is co-ordinator of the privacy and data protection area of the São Paulo office. She is a consultant for the Special Data Protection Commission of the Federal Council of the Brazilian Bar Association. Lorena is co-author of several articles and books, one of which was elected by the Superior Court of Justice as an essential work for the understanding of privacy and data protection in Brazil. She is a professor of digital law at the Digital Marketing Graduate Programme at Senac São Paulo and is also a speaker on digital law, cybersecurity and data protection. Lorena is a reference for technology companies.
