About Barbara Rybka

Barbara Rybka is a managing associate and specialised in advising both national and international investors and banks on real estate issues. She is experienced in complex single asset and portfolio transactions, including sale-and-leaseback transactions. Her areas of expertise covers aspects of the entire real estate life cycle, from acquisitions through (re)financing, leasing, property and asset management, to sales and restructuring. Barbara is a member of the registered association Women in the Real Estate Industry (Frauen in der Immobilienwirtschaft e.V.) and is co-author of a 2020 real estate M&A guide for Germany.
