About Peter Lake

Peter Lake is a partner at Slaughter and May based in Hong Kong. He joined the firm in 1997 and became a partner in 2008. Peter is involved in a wide range of corporate work, advising companies, financial institutions and fund management groups. He is a member of the APLMA Hong Kong Documentation Committee and a member of the Law Society of Hong Kong's Investment Products and Financial Services Committee. Peter has authored and co-authored several publications relating to acquisition finance and is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales and in Hong Kong.
