About Maurizio Delfino

Maurizio Delfino is the founding partner of Delfino e Associati Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP and focuses his practice on M&A, including distressed M&A, private equity, and equity capital markets. Maurizio has assisted in some of the largest acquisitions in Italy in recent years and his experience covers several industries. He has been teaching public economic law since 1979 at the University of Rome Law School and has written monographs and published articles in major law reviews. He received a JSD from Stanford Law School and was a visiting scholar at both Stanford and Yale law schools, and is ranked among the leading individuals practising in the area of corporate/M&A in Italy.
