About Leonardo Fedrini

Leonardo Fedrini is a counsel in the tax department of Delfino e Associati Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. He specialises in domestic and international taxation, cross-border transactions, inbound and outbound investments, M&A, private equity, corporate restructuring, and financial instruments. He is a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Italian companies, including local subsidiaries of multinational companies. Leonardo also provides ordinary tax assistance to a number of multinational companies and to local subsidiaries of multinational companies.
