About Débora Yanasse

Débora Yanasse is a partner of the Global Energy Group. Débora is widely recognised for her power and gas regulatory expertise and has been involved in high-profile mergers and acquisitions, privatisations, joint ventures, project development, project financing and arbitrations in Brazil, Africa and the Middle East. After completing her bachelor's degree at the University of São Paulo, she completed her master's degree at Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, DC. She is a member of the Brazilian Institute of Energy Law (IBDE) and the São Paulo Bar Association Special Energy Committee (CEELE-OAB/SP).
