About Tom van Wijngaarden

Tom van Wijngaarden is a corporate/M&A partner at Eversheds Sutherland, is based in Amsterdam and Head of Corporate Netherlands. He has a vast experience in corporate work, ranging from advising on capital markets transactions, private equity and venture capital transactions as well as public and private M&A transactions, both national and international, complex reorganisations and co-ordinating due diligence team work. Tom is also an expert in financial reporting and has a special focus on the life sciences, healthcare and industrial sectors. Tom was admitted to the Netherlands Bar in 1990.
