About Miriam van Ee

Miriam van Ee is a corporate/M&A partner at Eversheds Sutherland and specialised in M&A, corporate, joint ventures, restructuring and contract law. She has developed a large national and international practice in a variety of sectors and with a specific focus on renewables and sustainability. Miriam studied at Utrecht University in notarial law and civil law and was admitted to the Netherlands Bar in 1998.
