About Júlia Várkonyi

Júlia Várkonyi is a senior lawyer and a key member of Lakatos, Köves & Partners' real estate group. She specialises in real estate, M&A and corporate law. Júlia has been advising clients in the sale and acquisition of several shopping malls, business centres, offices, hotels, logistical sites and parking structures, and advising on the management and operation thereof. She is experienced in condominium matters, development and planning contracts, and agricultural land sales and acquisitions. Besides Hungarian, she speaks and works in English, German and French.
