About Klaudia Cholewa

Klaudia Cholewa is an associate in the environmental law practice at CMS Poland and a PhD student at the Institute of Legal Studies, Mining Law and Environmental Protection at the faculty of law and administration of the University of Silesia in Katowice. She is particularly interested in environmental protection law. She has prepared legal opinions on waste management, emission permits and environmental decisions. Klaudia has also taken part in numerous Polish and international scientific conferences on this subject, and has provided legal advice in court proceedings. She has also conducted court cases both in commercial matters and for individual clients.
