About Agnieszka Skorupińska

Agnieszka Skorupińska is a partner and head of the environmental law practice at CMS in Poland and the CEE, as well as co-ordinator of the firm's ESG task force. Agnieszka specialises in Polish and EU environmental protection and ESG law. Her experience includes projects concerning historical soil and groundwater contamination; environmental damage; baseline reports; environmental impact assessments; air protection, including adjustment to emission standards specified in IED and BAT conclusions; and obtaining derogations and departures from such standards. She also deals with climate change, including issues related to EU ETS, obtaining environmental permits (including integrated permits), waste and water management, noise and REACH.
