Christine Cuthbert is a special counsel in Baker McKenzie's Hong Kong investigations, compliance and ethics group, and a member of the Women's White Collar Defense Association (Hong Kong Chapter). Christine specialises in corporate crime and investigations and has over ten years of experience in all forms of contentious disputes, including cross-border investigations and litigation, as well as other corruption-related matters. Her specialty is helping clients with investigations into issues of financial fraud, bribery and corruption, along with advising clients on how best to mitigate these types of risks.
