About Roel Meers

Roel Meers is the chair of the EMEA healthcare and life sciences group and is a partner at Baker McKenzie's Brussels office. He advises clients, particularly in the healthcare sector, on corporate finance, covering public and private mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions, as well as security offerings, listings and other capital market transactions. He also advises on complex corporate restructurings and corporate governance matters. Roel has a Magister Juris degree from Oxford University.
