About Charles Gschwind

Charles Gschwind heads Baker McKenzie's real estate practice in Geneva and has broad experience in M&A, with a particular focus on real estate transactions. He regularly advises domestic and international clients on asset deals, large-scale portfolio transactions, acquisitions of real estate companies, and the financing of real estate portfolios. He offers further expertise in related administrative law matters (eg, Lex Koller and environmental law) and general corporate, commercial and contract law, as well as tenancy matters. As a bilingual who is native in both French and German, Charles' practice covers both main linguistic parts of Switzerland. He regularly publishes in his areas of expertise and teaches on the MBA programme at ZHAW.
