About Papon Kanungvanichakul

Papon Kanungvanichakul joined Baker McKenzie in 2011 and is a senior associate specialised in real estate M&A. He advises residential developers, hoteliers, and business operators on investment structures, contracts, and regulatory requirements regarding property ownership, construction, and licences for property developments and operations. His experiences include representing a property developer in a special prolonged lease of 50 years, for land plots in Bangkok's central business district of Silom, and for the development of office and commercial building. He also assisted an asset management company on the acquisition of a minority stake in a data centres operator having operations in Hong Kong, China, Japan, and Thailand.
