About Pattara Natekuerkoon

Pattara Natekuerkoon joined Baker McKenzie in 2013. He was part of the team that first brought REITs to Thailand and has handled various first-of-their-kind transactions that helped shape REIT laws and structuring. He is deeply familiar with the capital market regulations related to REITs, encompassing REIT manager establishment, management licences, asset acquisition, REIT establishment and expansion, underwriting, financing, the listing process and conversions. Pattara is also well versed in other real estate laws and transactions, and regularly drafts asset acquisitions and rental agreements while representing clients in contract negotiations.
