About Seishi Ikeda

Seishi Ikeda is head of the real estate practice group at Baker McKenzie’s Tokyo office, and has more than 25 years of legal experience covering real estate, finance and capital markets. In the real estate industry, he advises clients, both cross-border and domestic, on real estate developments involving construction projects, as well as other types of deals, including acquisitions, dispositions and leasing. Subject assets cover commercial buildings, hotels, logistics and, recently, data centres. In other related industries, he also advises on structured or non-recourse finance, fund structuring and equity investments, and various regulatory issues.
