About Katsuyuki Aoki

Katsuyuki Aoki is an associate of the real estate practice group at Baker McKenzie’s Tokyo office. He has more than five years of legal experience, mainly in real estate transactions. Katsuyuki advises clients, both cross-border and domestic, on real estate securitisation, development, acquisitions, dispositions and leasing involving office buildings, residences, commercial facilities, logistic facilities, hotels and data centres. He has experience in handling disputes and litigations related to real estate involving large-scale construction projects, leasing and soil contamination. He also advises on finance regulatory issues and renewable energy projects.
