About Matt Latella

Matt Latella co-chairs Baker McKenzie’s North American commercial litigation sub-group, and chairs the firm’s Canadian international arbitration practice. A trial lawyer for over 20 years, Matt specialises in complex commercial disputes, and has deep experience with matters involving fraud, internal investigations and white-collar crime. He has litigated such matters at all levels of court, including the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada, representing a wide range of clients from large multinational Fortune 500 companies and global financial institutions to small businesses and individuals.
