In the last five years, he has been extensively involved in distressed asset M&A transactions and technology and defence contracting, offsets, investment and policy matters. Yogesh's key clients include large funds, industrial houses, technology, telecoms and service providers, energy and infrastructure companies, hospitality/real estate companies, defence companies, and food and trading companies.
