Nikhil Narendran is a partner in Trilegal’s Bengaluru office and part of the firm's TMT practice. Nikhil has more than 14 years of experience in advising companies on telecom, media and technology laws in relation to India entry, operations, strategy, policy, regulatory issues, disputes and business models. He focuses on telecom and satellite regulations, data protection, information technology laws, cybersecurity, content liability, intellectual property rights and outsourcing. He has significant expertise in domestic, cross-border and global commercial contracts negotiations, including in relation to strategic M&A, outsourcing, licensing, telecom, cloud, technology, media and fintech. Nikhil has deep sectoral knowledge of the TMT and fintech space, advising regularly on the interface between cutting-edge technologies and laws and helping in business model structuring and policy engagements.
