Akanksha Singh is an associate in the Bengaluru office of Trilegal and is part of the TMT practice group. She has advised various Indian and overseas clients in the technology, e-commerce and telecommunications sectors on a wide range of contractual and regulatory issues concerning emerging technologies, financial technology, payment systems, media and entertainment, IP licensing, data protection, etc. Akanksha has advised prominent companies and banks on corporate mergers and a variety of equity offerings. She has assisted in making representations to the government of India on data protection and telecommunications. Akanksha is a 2020 graduate from the Gujarat National Law University.
