About Felipe Zaltman Saldanha

Felipe Zaltman Saldanha joined the firm in 2015. He is a member of the intellectual property and information technology practice group and focuses on complex litigation before state and federal courts in Brazil in these areas. Felipe has a considerable breadth of experience in representing clients in legal disputes involving patents, unfair competition and trade marks, in particular in the fields of pharmaceutical, bio-technology and telecommunications. He also acts in the litigation of strategic cases involving information technology and data privacy. Felipe has been recognised for his work by several legal publications. He is a member of the Anti-Counterfeiting Committee of the Order of Attorneys of Brazil (OAB, or the National Bar Association of Brazil).
