Justine Farris-Niehaus
represents clients at Barnes & Thornburg LLP on employment litigation and EEOC-related issues and regularly assists in defending allegations of wrongful discharge, discrimination and harassment, wage and hour claims, and other employment litigation matters in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies. Justine also assists clients in pre-litigation counseling on a variety of topics, including employee drug testing, harassment issues, review of employee handbooks, and non-compete matters.
