About Jennifer Stocker

Jennifer Stocker is a partner and member of Barnes & Thornburg's labor and employment law department. Her primary emphasis is in the defense of employment litigation filed against employers in state, federal and appellate courts, as well as the defense of charges before state and federal administrative agencies. Jennifer's litigation experience includes the defense of FLSA claims, including workplace class actions, FMLA, ADA, ADEA, and Title VII claims, as well as state law counterpart claims for discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. She provides pre-litigation counseling and avoidance advice, ADR, investigation, trial, and appellate services, and has broad experience navigating employers through the reduction in force process.
