About Hans Murphy

Hans Murphy is a labor and employment partner at Barnes & Thornburg LLP whose practice includes the full range of employment law services, including the crafting of employment agreements and non-competition agreements. He defends employers in employment litigation matters concerning allegations of wrongful discharge, discrimination, retaliation and harassment. Hans also defends employers in claims related to wages, breach of contract, and the classification of workers as independent contractors under various state and federal laws.
