About Peter Chomba

Peter Chomba is an associate at Mulenga Mundashi Legal Practitioners and a member of its litigation team with experience in commercial litigation and arbitration. He has over the past four years been actively involved in high-profile matters touching on various aspects of corporate and commercial arbitration ranging through pension-related disputes, custodial services in the securities industry before the Capital Markets Tribunal, tax assessment disputes before the Tax Appeals Tribunal, competition disputes before the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, debt collection proceedings before the High Court of Zambia and labour matters before the Labour Commissioner, as well as other contentious corporate law disputes before the Arbitral Tribunal. He is a member of the Law Association of Zambia and admitted to the Bar in Zambia.
