About Michael Musonda Mundashi

Michael Musonda Mundashi is the managing partner of Mulenga Mundashi and specialises in commercial dispute resolution and tax advisory services. He has a wealth of experience in income tax, VAT and customs and excise tax. Between 1998 and 2003, Michael served as the first Chairman of the Zambia Revenue Appeals Tribunal, a quasi-judicial tribunal handling tax appeals from taxpayers challenging tax assessments of the Zambia Revenue Authority. Michael has more than 30 years of experience as a lawyer and enjoys the dignity and rank of State Counsel in recognition of his contribution to the legal profession in Zambia.
