About Stephen Nattrass

Stephen Nattrass has worked on many high-profile cartel, antitrust, and anti-corruption investigations at Norton Rose Fulbright. He leads the firm’s Regulation and Investigations team in Canada. He has been involved in dawn raids, conducts due diligence projects, audits compliance programmes, conducts internal investigations, and represents companies before law enforcement and regulators. He regularly advises on antitrust compliance issues, including cartels/agreements with competitors and false and misleading advertising. He has also argued before the courts about privileged documents seized by the RCMP and appeared before the World Bank Sanctions Board. He is currently engaged in internal investigations in over a dozen countries.
