About Mike Yopp

Mike Yopp is a partner at Waller who guides companies and individuals through the ever-changing landscape of state and federal taxation, estate planning, trust law, partnerships, limited liability companies and general business law. Mike provides practical solutions to seemingly intractable issues, advising on strategy and implementation regarding a broad variety of tax issues, including corporate tax, estate planning, partnership tax, state and local tax (SALT), trust and estate matters, and conservatorships and guardianships. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trusts and Estates Counsel, and the American College of Tax Counsel as well as a Life Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. He contributed to the creation of Tennessee’s Limited Liability Company Act.
