About Orsolya Szotyory-Grove

Orsolya Szotyory-Grove is a senior associate in Mayer Brown’s Vietnam office. She has over nine years of experience in corporate and commercial matters and all aspects of investment and licensing in Vietnam, including providing tax and structuring advice. She advises on compliance with anti-corruption laws and developing internal corporate compliance programmes. Orsolya is the chair of the Legal Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce, Ho Chi Minh City, and a member of the Australian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam; she is admitted to the New York State Bar Association.
