About Simon Crown

Simon Crown is a partner in the financial regulation group, with a particular focus on bank and securities regulation, the regulation of funds and asset management, and the law governing payment services. He is co-head of Clifford Chance's market-leading payment services practice and co-head of the fintech practice. Simon has expertise in the areas of regulatory capital, client assets, and European Directives relating to financial services, in particular MiFID, AIFMD, CRD and PSD2. Simon is a leading adviser on Brexit and a member of the City of London Law Society’s Regulatory Committee.
