About Laura Douglas
Laura Douglas
is a senior associate in the financial regulation group. She advises on a wide range of regulatory developments, including in relation to securities and markets regulation and payment services. With a background in physics, she is particularly interested in how technology is transforming financial services and the legal and regulatory response to these changes. Laura is author of the UK chapter of The Virtual Currency Regulation Review and co-led the work of the Tech London Advocates (TLA) Regulation of Cryptoassets working group on a joint TLA and UK Law Society report on regulatory guidance on blockchain technology.
