About Luca Leonardi

Luca Leonardi is a partner of Studio Legale Delfino e Associati Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP and he mainly practises in the Corporate and Financial Services Department. Luca has been assisting Italian and foreign clients in such sectors as M&A and private equity and in relation to the aspects of corporate and commercial law. Luca practises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, regulation of the securities markets, and general corporate and securities law matters. In addition, Luca has experience representing both investors and debtors in connection with insolvency proceedings, restructurings and asset dispositions. Luca served for one year in the firm’s office in New York, and continues to be active in the firm’s international practice.
