About Luis Felipe Martínez Parente

Luis Felipe Martínez Parente has experience in questions involving civil, commercial, administrative, class actions, insolvency procedures and constitutional litigation before state and federal courts, including the Supreme Court of Mexico. Additionally, he has participated in several domestic and international arbitrations, as well as annulment and enforcement procedures of arbitral awards. In 2021, Luis Felipe did his Convention de Stage in the White & Case Paris office, with the international arbitration team. Since joining White & Case SC in 2014, he has participated in several litigations and arbitrations representing various banking institutions, national and international companies, as well as government agencies, achieving several favourable rulings and precedents.
