About Francisco de Rosenzweig

Francisco de Rosenzweig is head of White & Case's international trade practice in Mexico and is regarded as one of the leading authorities on international trade in Mexico due to his extensive experience in trade negotiations and lead role representing Mexico's interests before the WTO and in the renegotiation of NAFTA (now USMCA). He served as Mexico's Deputy Minister of Foreign Trade and has led Mexico’s international trade negotiations, including the Trans-Pacific Partnership, the Pacific Alliance and the FTAs with Panama, Peru and Central American countries. Francisco also negotiated the Mexico–US suspension agreements on tomatoes and sugar. His recent clients include Aneberries, Consejo Coordinador Empresarial and Consejo Nacional Agropecuario. He has been president of the AMCHAM International Trade Committee since 2017.
