About Diego Mora-Jensen

Diego Mora-Jensen has ample experience in a wide range of civil, commercial and financial disputes, including corporations' and banks' insolvency disputes, insurance claims, class action, and corporate and tort disputes. His practice has been instrumental in generating several important judicial precedents for bank insolvency proceedings for White & Case clients. Diego’s great experience and achievements led him to be invited to teach in the postgraduate programme at Universidad Panamericana, one of the most highly regarded law schools in Mexico. Diego is a member of ANADE and co-authored “Force Majeure of COVID-19 under Mexican Law?” with Enrique Espejel and Daniel González, published in March 2020.
