Veeranuch Thammavaranucupt is a senior partner at Weerawong C&P. Veeranuch leads the corporate governance practice. She has considerable experience in mergers and acquisitions and capital markets, particularly innovative transaction structures and telecommunications in both domestic and cross-border transactions. Veeranuch advises on competition and antitrust matters. Prior to joining the firm, she was general counsel at a major telecommunications and internet services company in Thailand.
